Officiated the 1993, 1994, 1997 and 1999 Mexico Challenge as well as the 1996 Europe Tour in Berlin, Germany and Seville, Spain. Member of FIBA from 1986 to 1996. Fourteen years of collegiate officiating experience in the Southeastern, Mid-Eastern, and the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conferences, as well as the 1987 and 1988 NCAA Final Four and the 1986 NCAA Tournament. Seventeen years of high school officiating experience in Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Served as the Assistant Athletic Director at Mount Saint Mary’s College from 1985-1988. Drafted by the Virginia Squires of the ABA in 1971. Played professional basketball in the Eastern League (now Continental Basketball Association) in 1970-71.
